modX is based in central Queensland, manufacturing from our Rockhampton facility. We are a local manufacturer, not a reseller or a southern importer, and our service base is central Queensland.

We handle design, steel-frame manufacture, roofing, build, delivery, and install in-house. That control over the whole process means consistent quality, tighter costs, and timelines we can hold to.
Steel-Frame Construction
Every building we make is steel-framed: strong, straight, termite-proof, and fire-resistant. It is the basis of the product and a real point of difference against timber-frame builders.

modX holds ISO certification. Recycled and recyclable steel is a core part of how we manufacture, supported by in-factory waste management and timber flooring with a recycled component. We build energy-efficient buildings.
