Who we are
A central Queensland manufacturer
modX designs, manufactures, and installs custom steel-frame modular buildings from our factory in central Queensland. We are a local manufacturer, not a reseller or a southern importer.
We are vertically integrated: design, steel-frame manufacture, roofing, build, delivery, and install are all handled in-house. One team owns the whole job, which means tighter control over quality, cost, and the timeline.
Steel-frame construction is the basis of every modX home and a real point of difference against timber-frame builders.
